Some Of Our Work...

We trained the internal teams pre project, helped select internal stakeholders and trained them to make logical design decisions, provided senior resource to act as project director (3 days per month) to help drive the project and keep everything on track. We provided dev resource to help with code migrations and worked from client specifications when any new work was required. This included helping with recommendations, if code were required, or if the Power Platform could be leveraged to minimise hard code development.

The outcome for this client was: retention of knowledge within the business, rapid ROI in both the project lifecycle and in ongoing support and maintenance, governance to keep project on track by providing supporting methodology to the customer, PM plus training to ensure skills updated. We also had contact with Microsoft when required to help the client with key design decisions and lastly, helped with licensing models and decisions and third-party add-ons. The client took full responsibility for the successful outcome of the project, and we provided the supporting resources as required including helping with recruitment of quality resource through the Supercell Network when / if required.

We have trained the internal resources and supported them on this transformational change to the cloud from a legacy on premise ERP and CRM systems. As required, we have helped the internal team with recruitment of resource, conversations with the Microsoft Fast Track Team, training around dev ops and governance, through to providing key resources through different stages of this two-year program.

The outcome for this client was: Training of key L500 and Sales Logix stakeholders in the methodology and technology fundamentals before project commencement to enable quicker design decisions, thus reducing time spent with F&O resources. Project Director responsibility to support the internal team and provide supporting resources such as Technical Architect and Solution Architect as required. The overall outcome was a quicker delivery (cost reductions) and motivated internal team that now look after the overall solution with growing knowledge.

Supporting the internal team with initial training around the D365 fundamentals we helped speed up the digital transformation process and empowered the internal stakeholders to achieve more with their project. As this was the second major ERP project, they had undertaken they wished to move away from the traditional partner model so engaged Supercell365 to support the delivery of the new mission critical monitoring and billing solution. Supercell365 helped with training, supporting staff selection, governance, testing (including test automation) and integration decisions around other line of business applications including design decisions around a Direct Debit automation system. In addition, we worked to demonstrate how design decisions that we helped influence with Microsoft engineering, saved £12k per month in licensing alone.

The outcome for this client was: Highly trained internal staff that enabled the successful delivery of a digitally disruptive solution into the business, in a human mission critical environment. Time to value on the project greatly enhanced and design decisions that helped make substantial license savings. The CIO took the risk to do things differently and Supercell365 helped support and deliver on his aspirations. Critically this enabled them to successfully continue to deliver a service during Covid as well as enabling the business to seamlessly integrate company acquisitions during this period.
